How Can We Help?

Setting, changing, or disabling a passcode

By default, creating a parent account makes you set up a passcode. This passcode lets you swap between and edit accounts for your children, filter content they have access to, and prevent them from making account changes (such as modifying subscriptions) without you.

You can also set up a passcode on an Individual Account, where the passcode restricts access to content filtering.

If you want to set up a passcode:

  1. Go to Settings > Profiles
  2. Tap “Set Control Passcode” at the bottom of the screen
  3. Enter your desired passcode, then re-enter it to confirm

If you want to disable an existing passcode:

  1. Go to Settings > Profiles and enter your current passcode
  2. Tap “Change or Disable Parental Control Passcode” at the bottom of the screen
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Tap “I would like to disable my passcode” and confirm the change

If you want to change an existing passcode:

  1. Go to Settings > Profiles and enter your current passcode
  2. Tap “Change or Disable Parental Control Passcode” at the bottom of the screen
  3. Enter your current passcode
  4. Enter your desired passcode, then re-enter it to confirm
