How do I get a refund?

All subscription purchases go directly through Apple – we don’t have access to subscription information in order to cancel or refund any purchases. See Apple’s official article on refunding purchases through the App Store here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

If the purchase you need help with is an active subscription, don’t forget to cancel your renewal. See this article for instructions.

Important: If you wish to cancel your subscription through the App Store, you must do so at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Apple charges renewals within 24 hours prior to the end of your trial or billing period.
